Prosper Hair requires 24 hour notice. If notice is not given for a cancellation, a 50% of the service amount will be incurred. No shows are included in this policy.
REDO / ADJUSTMENTS
If you are not satisfied with the results, please call, text or email us directly within 1 week from the original appointment. Our team will be happy to make tweaks & adjustments. We want you to be happy!
We will text & confirm your service appointment 1-5 business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid missed appointments.
Prosper Hair does not offer refunds; see redo/adjustments above.
DEFINITION OF A NO-SHOW
A Scheduled appointment for which a client did not show-up to the appointment time and 24 hour advanced notice was not given.
